Yurt Cement Industry and Trade. Inc. We aim to develop strategies in line with the legal and other requirements regarding the Integrated Management System, which we have created according to our vision, mission and values, to gain the trust of our stakeholders and to contribute to sustainable development.
In accordance with this purpose;
- To provide safe and healthy working conditions for our employees, guests and visitors by developing systems to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration in our activities,
- To take necessary measures to eliminate OHS hazards and reduce OHS risks, and to create a sustainable OHS structure by raising awareness of employees with continuous training,
- Structuring in a way that can intervene in emergencies,
- To be respectful to people and the environment by focusing on protecting our natural environment and preventing pollution,
- To reduce waste generation and use of natural resources,
- Determining the Environmental Impacts and Dimensions related to our activities, monitoring them and taking the necessary actions,
- To use energy efficiently, to increase the share of renewable energy sources in energy use,
- To ensure that choices are made in accordance with energy efficiency in the purchase of new electric motors, new equipment and services by constantly controlling our energy consumption,
- Creating measurable performance indicators, regularly reviewing, controlling and continuous improvement with corrective and preventive actions,
- To follow technological developments, to carry out design and development studies in all our processes and energy,
- To ensure continuity in quality by meeting customer expectations and to handle customer complaints effectively,
- To be transparent to our stakeholders in our practices,
- To ensure effective consultation and participation of our employees and employee representatives in the Integrated Management System,
- Identifying, evaluating, monitoring and taking action when necessary, according to severity and probability, of risk factors and opportunities that may affect the achievement of company goals, within the scope of corporate risk management approach,
- To provide the necessary information and resources to ensure the continuity of the entire system.
We are committed to implementing and continuously improving the requirements of TS EN 197-2, TS EN ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 14001, TS ISO 45001, TS EN ISO 50001 standards with the participation of all our employees by increasing awareness among our employees.
